Kota Kinabalu, the gateway to Sabah, is accessible from many major cities in Asia. The Kota Kinabalu International Airport is serviced by more than 55 weekly flights; including Malaysia Airlines, Air Asia, Royal Brunei, Dragonair, Far Eastern Airlines, Transasia and Uni Air. It has direct flights to/from Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Macau, Manila and Cebu.

From Kota Kinabalu / Sandakan, you can get to Kinabalu Rose Cabin by road. We are located at KM 18 along the main road Jalan Ranau-Tamparuli. To get here from Kota Kinabalu, travel along the main road and we are on the left hand side just 2 km after Kinabalu Park.

From Kota Kinabalu International Airport -
Taxis will cost in the region of RM 90 - MYR 180 and will take around 120 minutes (please take the taxi with yellow rooftop at the city, they are cheaper for travelling long distance).

From Kota Kinabalu city -
Long distance taxi (yellow rooftop) takes approx 90 minutes. It costs RM 20 per person but have to wait for it to fill up. Otherwise, charter the whole taxi for RM 80 per trip.

By express bus (Inanam Bus Terminal) -
Express bus from Kota Kinabalu city to Kundasang will cost RM 15 each way (tell the driver to drop you off in front of our hotel, we're just by the main road). The buses depart daily from Kota Kinabalu between 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. These buses go all the way to Sandakan / Lahad Datu / Semporna / Tawau.

We can also arrange for transportation to pick you up and deliver you straight to the hotel.
